Other than finding Dave's family, what other side-objectives are there that need to be completed?
Asking on the Affray Official Discord, the only known side-objective in Area 12 is Finding Dave's Family.
Alright, thank you! I didn't make the categories myself, so I'll go ahead and at that to the rules.
I can confirm the above, the only currently added side-objective during the Area 12 raid is Dave's Family. They may add more in the future but right now it is just reuniting the box family before they get turned into atomic dust.
With the release of the new update featuring new objectives, please check the rules to see what is necessary for each completion category following forward.

I am making an exception to Hunt runs: runs are able to be submitted as long as you make it to the truck (regroup objective is currently broken). Timing will add +2 minutes to LRT. Runs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, factoring in player skill as well.
